Shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing. 

For packages in the UK we normally charge £3.95 with Evri with a 2-5 day window or £5.95 and ship via DPD Local 2 days trackable with a 1 hour time slot. This is postcode dependant, for some highlands and islands postcodes we have no option to send DPD and will use Royal Mail.

For deliveries outside the UK including Republic of Ireland we use a mix of carriers depending on the current price of freight and the price is dependant on the weight again, ranging from £5.95-£24.99 and is trackable.

For issues with your delivery it is quicker and easier for you to contact the shipping provider with your tracking number, in most cases they will tell us the exact same thing they can relay to you directly.

They should be able to update you on timescale and procedure.

In the unfortunate event we have to raise a claim for your parcel this can take different forms and timescale. In most cases this will be resolved within a week but in some cases this may take longer, and unfortunately we cannot replace/refund your parcel until the conclusion of the investigation is in your favour.
