Please note that the unit will not heat / cool products inside the cup to the displayed temperature on the unit, this is the temperature that the plate achieve.

Please closely read the instructions and suggested uses in the "How to Use" section below. Always follow manufacturers guidelines when heating or cooling products. Gels should not be heated to more than 40 degrees centigrade. Do not touch the heating/cooling plate and do not place anything other than the supplied cup on the the plate.
