Mobile App Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of the Nail Order mobile app ("App") and related services. By accessing the App, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Registration

• You must log in using your existing Shopify account credentials
• App Access: We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms

3. Orders & Payments

All purchases through the App are subject to our standard Terms of Supply.

4. Mobile App License

• Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Restrictions: You may not:
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to extract data
  • Circumvent any security or access controls

5. Push Notifications & Marketing

• Consent: By enabling push notifications, you agree to receive:
  • Transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates)
  • Promotional messages (discounts, new product alerts)
• Opt-Out: Manage preferences via:
  • Your device Settings > Notifications
  • The App's Notification Preferences screen
• Data Use: We may analyze notification engagement to improve services

6. Intellectual Property

• The App's code, design, and content are owned by Nailorder or its licensors
• All product information and branding remain the merchant's property
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate App access for:

• Violations of these terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inactivity exceeding 24 months

8. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Third-Party Services: App functionality depends on Shopify and Google Firebase

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Losses due to notification delays/failures
• Device compatibility issues
• Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss)

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via App or email.
