E-files are designed to make life easier for the technician, if you're applying more pressure and having to use double the strokes on the nails or skin it may be time to treat yourself to a new kit.

We hope you can understand that all of our drill bits are non-refundable, due to hygiene reasons.

Delivery & Returns

Shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing.

On very light items we offer free shipping in the UK via Royal Mail which is normally 2-4 days.

For regular sized parcels in the UK we normally charge £5.95-£6.95 and ship via DPD Local 2 days trackable with a 1 hour time slot.

For deliveries outside of the UK, including Republic of Ireland, we use a mix of trackable carriers depending on current price of freight. Shipping price ranging from £5.95-£24.99 dependant on weight, and is trackable.

Prices exclude VAT or associated customs charges.

No returns are accepted on Cuticle Oil products that have been opened.
